The higher sides is specifically designed for side sleepers who need more loft. the filling should be 13cm high at the sides and 10cm in the centre. if your planning to use with broad shoulders its recommended to already have a pillow for height underneath.

    Side sleepers typically use the higher contour (13cm). Back sleepers use the lower side (10cm). If unsure, try both—your neck will tell you which feels more supportive within the first night, its recommended to use this product ontop of a second flat pillow.
